Cooke announces agreement to acquire debt and equity of Avramar Greece
Cooke Inc. has reached a preliminary agreement to acquire both debt and equity interests in Avramar Greece. The deal would give Cooke operational control over one of Europe’s leading aquaculture producers once finalized.
