Bolton Group has reported favorable results on the Egapro Index, which evaluates workplace gender equality in French companies. The company’s divisions in France received scores of 89 out of 100 for Food, 98 out of 100 for its beauty company Cavaillès, and 81 out of 100 for its home care company Bolton Solitaire.
The Egapro Index is a tool used by French authorities to assess and encourage professional equality between women and men within organizations. The latest results reflect the group’s ongoing efforts to maintain equal opportunities across its business units.
“We are proud of the positive results our French teams obtained on the Egapro Index, which measures and aims to advance professional equality between women and men within French companies,” the company stated. “These were the scores: Food (89/100), Beauty (98/100 for our company Cavaillès) and Home Care (81/100 for our company Bolton Solitaire). These results demonstrate the ability of our Business Units to ensure an equal approach to gender.”
The Egapro Index is part of a broader initiative in France to address workplace disparities and promote gender balance in employment practices.
