Bolton Group’s French divisions have achieved high scores on the Egapro Index, a tool used in France to measure and promote gender equality in the workplace. The company announced that its Food division received a score of 91 out of 100, its Beauty division (represented by Cavaillès) scored 99 out of 100, and its Home Care division (Bolton Solitaire) also earned a score of 91 out of 100.
According to Bolton Group, these results highlight the commitment of their business units to maintaining equal opportunities for men and women. “We are proud of the extremely positive results our French teams obtained on the Egapro Index, which measures and aims to advance professional equality between women and men within French companies,” the company stated. “These results demonstrate the ability of our Business Units to ensure an equal approach to gender.”
The Egapro Index is a regulatory requirement for companies in France with at least 50 employees. It assesses organizations based on several criteria related to pay gaps, promotions, salary increases, and representation among top earners.
