High Liner Foods, a well-known Canadian seafood brand, is celebrating its heritage through a new YouTube series titled “Savour The North.” Hosted by Jon Montgomery, the series aims to showcase the company’s history and culinary contributions.

Each episode features Montgomery reinventing classic recipes using Canadian products like High Liner’s Pan-Sear SELECTS Lemon Pepper Sole. The show also explores the stories behind various beloved food brands in Canada.

“High Liner Foods has a deep and rich 125-year history here in Canada and is known in kitchens across the country,” said Anthony Rasetta, Chief Commercial Officer of High Liner Foods. “Consumers know and love our products, but they don’t necessarily know our story and we are honoured to be part of Savour The North to help share more of it with Canadians.”

In one segment, Montgomery prepares Lemon Pepper Sole Bao Buns and visits High Liner’s office and product development kitchen in Mississauga, Ontario. This visit highlights the company’s commitment to quality and its Canadian roots.

The series is produced by Bokeh Studios. More information can be found at savourthenorth.ca. Recipes featured in the series are available on High Liner Foods’ website.

High Liner Foods Incorporated is a major processor and marketer of frozen seafood in North America. Its products are sold under various labels throughout Canada and the United States. The company trades publicly on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol HLF.
