SalMar acquires full ownership of Øylaks MTB AS through share issue

SalMar ASA has finalized an agreement to acquire the remaining 49% of shares in Øylaks MTB AS, making it the sole owner of the company. Øylaks MTB AS holds a license for Atlantic salmon production.

The purchase will be settled through the issuance of 209,402 new SalMar shares at a subscription price of NOK 655.20 per share. The board of directors approved this issuance based on an authorization registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on June 20, 2025.

After this transaction, SalMar’s share capital will total NOK 33,899,229.25, distributed across 135,596,917 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.25 each. The increase in share capital will be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
