Bekken Akvainvest AS, a company closely linked to Roger Bekken, CTO of SalMar ASA and considered a primary insider, purchased 8,000 shares in SalMar ASA on August 21, 2025. The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 486.402 each. Following this transaction, Roger Bekken now holds a total of 24,259 shares in the company, both directly and through related parties.
The transaction was disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. Notification forms have been provided as required by these regulations.
