SalMar registers new share capital after acquiring stake in Øylaks MTB AS

SalMar ASA has completed the registration of a share capital increase following its acquisition of a 49% stake in Øylaks MTB AS. The company announced that 209,402 new shares have been issued as part of the settlement for this transaction.

The new share capital, now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, totals NOK 33,899,229.25 and is divided into 135,596,917 shares. Each share carries a nominal value of NOK 0.25.
