Vinh Hoan Corporation is set to participate in SIAL Interfood 2025, taking place from November 12 to 15 at the Jakarta International Expo. The company will present a range of products at Booth C1-C107, focusing on pangasius-based offerings.
Among the featured items is Vinh Hoan’s version of fish fingers. Unlike traditional options that use cod, haddock, or pollock, these fish fingers are made with sustainable pangasius and are described as having a crispy exterior and a tender interior.
The company will also introduce Protein Pho Fusion, which adapts Vietnam’s classic pho into a ready-to-cook meal. This product contains shrimp, fish slices, vegetables, and what Vinh Hoan calls its signature Lucky Bag. Each 100-gram serving offers 7.6 grams of protein.
Another highlighted product is Crab Imitation Surimi. Made from ASC-certified pangasius, this surimi is noted for its firm texture and suitability for various applications such as crab sticks and seafood rolls.
