Vinh Hoan Corporation will participate in two major industry events in March 2026: Seafood Expo North America (SENA) and the China Food Trade Fair. The company aims to present its swai and basa products as sustainable, versatile options for the global seafood market.
At Seafood Expo North America, Vinh Hoan plans to showcase several products. These include premium swai fillets, which are described as naturally white, boneless, firm, and easy to cook. The company highlights that these fillets are sustainably sourced and fully traceable. Other featured items are the swai burger patty, suitable for various cooking methods such as pan-frying or grilling, and beer-battered swai fillets made with Saigon beer.
For the China Food Trade Fair 2026, Vinh Hoan will offer a hotpot combo with different fish-based ingredients including surimi and value-added products. Another product is butterfly basa—a cut that is filleted and spread flat for even cooking—which is also fully traceable and responsibly sourced. The fair will also feature a basa burger patty designed for consistency across different preparation styles.
According to the company’s statement: “Across both exhibitions, one thing is certain: swai/basa isn’t just an option. It’s a strategic advantage. Consistently available, responsibly sourced, and versatile, it empowers innovation while meeting operational needs and consumer expectations.”
Seafood Expo North America will be held from March 15 to 17 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston (Booth 1033). The China Food Trade Fair takes place from March 28 to 31 at Wuhan International Expo Center (Booth A6-F35).
Vinh Hoan invites distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators to meet their team during these events. More information about their trade show participation can be found on their website: https://www.vinhhoan.com/tradeshow/
