Vinh Hoan announced on Mar. 16 that it will present two new ASC-certified, value-added panga products at the upcoming Seafood Expo Global 2026, taking place from April 21 to 23 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona.

The company said it aims to introduce its latest innovations to industry professionals and attendees, offering them a first opportunity to taste these products. The event is expected to attract hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors seeking new business partnerships and product ideas.

Among the featured items is the Pink Banh Mi, which Vinh Hoan describes as a unique take on Vietnam’s iconic street food. The sandwich features dragon fruit for color, premium fish cake made from pangasius surimi, truffle oil pate, and classic Vietnamese flavors. According to the company, all ingredients are thoughtfully selected and the product can be prepared in eight minutes.

Another highlight is the Cured Panga Croquette. Vinh Hoan said this product reinvents traditional fish croquettes by using salt-cured pangasius blended with mashed potato and coated in a crisp exterior. The croquette is designed for versatility in both retail and foodservice settings, suitable for pairing with salads, sauces, or as part of tapas and snack platters.

Vinh Hoan invited attendees to visit Booth #3M800 during the expo to discuss potential collaborations aimed at meeting evolving global market demands. The company also encouraged interested parties to book appointments through its website.

The introduction of these new products reflects ongoing innovation within the seafood sector as companies respond to changing consumer preferences and seek ways to differentiate their offerings.
